The iDispatcher App(the app) is a free app provided as is by Klaus Donnert(the vendor) to Taxi Drivers(drivers or users) for use with the iDispatcher Taxicab dispatch System without any warranty whatsoever.
The app collects GPS location information(data) for the logged-in user while the app is open and on top. The app also collect starting and ending shift times(also part of data) but does not enforce any shift length rules.
This data is used by the dispatch service(a private company that contracts the user's services) to help match drivers with nearby customers. It is also may be used to help manage the airport queue.
Your GPS location may be visible to other drivers also using the app.
Some local governments require the dispatch service to store the data for a period of time. The data can be used to identify a device and a logged-in user by way of the company's records outside the app.
This information is not sold or given to any third parties by the vendor.
Law enforcement may request the information with a properly executed WARRANT. The vendor will not provide any information to any government agency without a valid WARRANT.
The user may disable the GPS service at anytime, it may affect the operation of the app. Dispatching without GPS may become more difficult for the driver and the company. Both the driver's and the company's earnings may be affected.
It is the user's responsibility to comply with local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations. The app does not enforce any laws, rules, or regulations.
